Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vabe, we aim to offer clear and transparent freelance web development services. As an independent creator, each project is crafted manually and requires dedicated time, planning, and effort. The following policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.
1. Nature of Freelance Work
Vabe is an independent freelance service, not a registered company or agency. Every project is custom-built, which means time and resources are allocated immediately after you confirm your order.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following condition:
- You must contact Vabe within 24 hours of your first payment.
- Send a refund request to support@vabe.in with:
— Your name
— Contact number
— Project code (if any)
— Reason for cancellation
If you fail to contact within the first 24 hours, the refund window automatically closes because project planning, initial setup, and resource allocation begin immediately.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following cases are not eligible for a refund:
- More than 24 hours have passed since the first payment.
- Any part of the website (UI, design, setup, pages, hosting, domain, etc.) has already been delivered or initiated.
- Client delays, lack of response, or change of mind after work has started.
- Domain or hosting purchases (as these involve third-party costs).
- Content, design, or requirements changing significantly midway.
4. Cancellation of Ongoing Projects
You may request cancellation at any point; however, payment for completed work up to that point remains non-refundable. If the project is partially completed, you will receive the completed files after the remaining due payment (if any).
5. Revision Policy
- Each plan includes a specific number of revisions.
- Revisions are not counted as refunds or cancellations.
- Additional revisions may require an extra charge depending on scope.
